Pre-booking:
Age of Children – all clubs require a ticket per person. All ages are welcome, but there are things to keep in mind if bringing a baby or toddler. Please ensure the child is dressed appropriately for the cold weather/stadium and that you provide ear protection for the child. Prams are not allowed inside the stadium and therefore, we recommend a baby carrier as an alternative. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult 18 years old +.
Away supporters – our packages are in the home stands and if attendees are seen to be supporting the away team, the customer may be asked to leave the stadium without compensation, and Elite Football Breaks Ltd will not be held responsible for this action.
Away Shirts – No away shirts or colours are allowed within the home stands. The customer may be asked to leave the stadium without compensation, and Travel Connection will not be held responsible for this action.
Accessible seating – Wheelchair seating may be available upon request. Please email info@elitefootballbreaks.com with the preferred fixture. (subject to availability).

Pre-game:
Receive tickets – e-tickets/mobile tickets will be despatched 1-3 days prior to the match or stadium collection
Print tickets – e-tickets can be scanned on your mobile device
Itineraries – ticket details are received along with e-tickets 1-3 days prior to game day.
Dietary Requirements – where food is included in the package, vegetarian options may be available. If there is a more severe dietary requirement, please advise us when booking so that we can make the club aware, as there may be a surcharge.
Arrival times – opening times for each category are listed on the ticket description and e-ticket. We suggest arriving promptly to soak up the atmosphere and enjoy all your package inclusions. If your package includes hospitality, please note serving time (whether pre-game, half time or after the final whistle) as late arrival may result in missed hospitality. Commonly lounge areas open 2.5 hours prior to kickoff.
Bag Policy – Small bags, a maximum of A4 in size, are allowed into the stadiums. Please check your e-ticket for allowed content as bags will be checked entering the stadium.
What if the Fixture Date Changes – All packages are purchased for the specific fixture. If the fixture date or kick off time changes due to TV or fixture scheduling your packages remain valid for the new date.
Can I get a refund – Unfortunately not, all sales are final and non refundable immediately on receipt of payment. However, please always contact us as soon as you know you are unable to attend as we may be able to resell the packages for you.
Game Day
Please check your category specific itineraries regarding opening times and inclusions as this information will vary depending on your ticket. Outside food/drinks are not allowed into the stadium
Medication – Medication is allowed in the stadium, but it is possible that staff will ask for a doctor’s note or similar, please bring appropriate documentation.
Car Parking – we do encourage the use of public transport as we do not have car parking allocations.
